A practical CCPA/CPRA disclosure matrix for HoloSignal. “Sold/shared” reflects HoloSignal’s default service configuration; customer-directed integrations may create separate obligations for the customer.

Residents may request disclosure, access, correction, deletion and portability; opt out of sale or sharing; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination.
HoloSignal does not sell personal information. Cross-context behavioral advertising is disabled unless an optional marketing integration is affirmatively enabled; where required, the cookie interface and request workflow provide an opt-out.

Submit a request through workspace privacy controls or privacy@holosignal.xyz. We verify identity based on request sensitivity and respond within applicable deadlines. Authorized agents must provide signed permission or other legally sufficient authority.
