Subprocessor Notice
HoloSignal uses a deliberately limited set of service providers. This notice describes processing by purpose and distinguishes core service processing from integrations selected by a customer.

Core service operations
Purpose: provide, secure, monitor, and communicate about HoloSignal.
Data: account, security, customer content, evidence, outputs, service telemetry, and delivery metadata only as required by the enabled service. Processing follows the customer's available regional configuration and applicable transfer safeguards.

Automated analysis
Purpose: perform customer-requested evidence analysis, structured extraction, and quality review.
HoloSignal minimizes submitted content to the task and relevant evidence, applies policy-gated review, and does not use customer content to train general-purpose systems by default.

Payment processing
Purpose: checkout, subscription billing, invoices, and customer account management when a paid plan is used.
Billing contact, organization, plan, subscription identifiers, and payment-related records may be processed for this purpose. HoloSignal does not store full card numbers.

Customer-directed integrations
Optional destinations configured by a workspace administrator process only the exact approved action and connector metadata under the customer's own relationship with that destination.
