Service and accounts

You must provide accurate account information, protect access methods and API keys, and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your organization and for configuring roles and policies.

The service includes preview and beta capabilities. Preview features may change, have lower availability, and must not be used as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions without independent review.

Acceptable and responsible acquisition

You may acquire only content you are authorized to access and must comply with applicable law, contractual restrictions, robots directives under your selected policy, rate limits, intellectual property, privacy, and data protection obligations.

You may not bypass paywalls or access controls without authorization, target private networks, collect credentials, deploy malware, conduct abusive surveillance, or use HoloSignal to violate another person’s rights.

AI and action safety

Automated output may be incomplete or wrong. You must review outputs appropriate to risk. External writes require declared scope and an approval grant; you remain responsible for the destination, content, and consequences of an approved action.

HoloSignal exposes evidence and uncertainty but does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

Customer content and license

You retain rights in customer content. You grant HoloSignal a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and transform it only to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as configured. Customer content is not used to train general-purpose systems by default.

Fees, metering and cancellation

Plans include Context Units and, where listed, Pro Sprints. Paid Context Units roll for 60 days subject to the plan cap. Usage beyond the plan is never charged automatically; additional Context Units are sold as prepaid packs, drawn after the plan allowance and not reset at renewal.

You may cancel or downgrade through the workspace. Accrued fees remain due. Before deletion, export data you need to retain.

Warranties, liability and termination

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Neither party excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any contractual liability cap and enterprise-specific commitments appear in the applicable order form.

We may suspend use that creates material security, legal, abuse, or cost risk. Where practicable, we provide notice and an opportunity to cure.
